Therapeutic, consistent, and child-centred

Every young person in our care has a story. Our approach begins with understanding it — and building a relationship strong enough to support real change.

Trauma-informed practice

We understand that behaviour is communication. Our staff are trained to respond with curiosity, not consequence, creating safety before expectation.

Attachment-based care

Consistent key workers build genuine relationships. Young people know who their people are, and those people show up — every day.

Individualised care planning

No two young people are the same. Care plans are built around the individual — their strengths, their history, and their goals.

Safeguarding at the core

We operate to the highest safeguarding standards. All staff hold enhanced DBS clearance and receive regular training and supervision.

Make a referral

We work directly with local authorities and social work teams. To discuss a placement or make a referral, complete the form below or contact us directly.

Join our team

We are committed to recruiting passionate, skilled professionals who share our values. Working at Aspire House means being part of a small, close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters to the young people we support.

We offer competitive rates of pay, a supportive management structure, regular supervision, and ongoing professional development including funded training.

Current vacancies

We periodically recruit for Residential Support Worker and Senior Support Worker roles. All posts are subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
